1. Development of ML Pipeline
Meta Education consultancy is developing an automated coaching platform that integrates deep neural models and NLP technologies to help organizations to increase their productivity and reduce procrastination costs.
As part of this project, we need to develop a Machine Learning (ML) pipeline for our automated coaching web platform. The ML pipeline will be used to train and evaluate a question-answering model that will be integrated into the web platform.
The development company will be responsible for designing and implementing the ML pipeline, as well as providing ongoing maintenance and support.
Scope of Work:
The development company will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Design and implement the ML pipeline, including data pre-processing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
- Integrate the ML pipeline with the web platform and other existing systems.
- Implement data management and storage solutions for the ML pipeline.
- Provide technical assistance and support for the ML pipeline, including bug fixes and updates.
Technical Requirements:
- The ML pipeline should be implemented using popular ML frameworks.
- The ML pipeline should be compatible with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- The ML pipeline should be able to handle large amounts of data and be scalable to meet the needs of the project.
- The ML pipeline should be designed to be easy to use and maintain.
Security and Compliance:
- The development company should ensure that the ML pipeline is secure and compliant with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
Timeline and Budget:
- The development company should provide an estimated timeline and budget for the development and implementation of the ML pipeline.
- The company should also provide a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with the development and implementation of the ML pipeline (see DEV specs from the right section)

2. Development of Annotation Tools and Systems
We are developing an automated coaching platform that integrates deep neural models and NLP technologies to help organizations to increase their productivity and reduce the procrastination costs.
As part of this project, we require the development of tools and systems to help annotate transcripts for training and evaluation of the model.
We are seeking a development company with expertise in natural language processing and machine learning.
We are inviting your company to submit a proposal for the development of annotation tools and systems for our question asking model.
Scope of Work:
The development company will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Develop tools to facilitate the annotation of transcripts by human annotators, including interface design and implementation, quality control, and data validation.
- Develop systems to automate the annotation process, such as using rule-based systems or active learning algorithms.
- Integration of the annotation tools and systems with the question asking model training and evaluation pipeline.
- Creation of user manuals and documentation for the annotation tools and systems..

3. Development of ICT Specific Infrastructure
As part of the same project, we also require the development of ICT specific infrastructures to support the smooth operation and security of the platform and pipeline.

We are inviting your company to submit a proposal for the development of our ICT specific infrastructure.

4. Server hosting for R&D and Innovation Activities

- Integration: The infrastructure should be able to integrate with existing tools and systems used by the R&D and Innovation teams.
